I happened across King of Sword & Sky and Queen of Song & Souls in my local dollar store. I don't usually read novels, but being sick and needing something to do beside TV, I purchased them and read them. I COULD NOT put them down. I am awed by your minds creative abilities. you weave your majic in words that capitivates and spellbinds your readers. I'm buying your first two of the quintet and anxiously awaiting the final volume. I know everyone is wanting Ellysetta to find her tairen and embrace it and bond with Rain and defeat all the evil and bring peace ,joy and fertility back to their world. I think your books are better than Lord of the Rings and Harry Potter etc... God bless you and please keep on writting!!!!

I love your books!And I second the motion that you tell side character stories bel,galen,the twins,her friends marked children,ellie's parents story,the story of the war and the cellerian fey queen's tragic love and death,sarial's too -if intertwined ellie's and rain's parents tales through the war and creation of the mists could be another book or three ! i love the tairen books so much that i may have to buy backup copies for when i have worn out the first set !after all whenever you release a new volume i feel the need to reread them all over again!

I happened upon two of them while book shopping and am I ever glad I did!! I'm also saddened by the fact that the Tairen series will be coming to an end. Some stories should never end. Hello , I just have to say that I didn't think anyone could compete with Feehan but WOW you do!!! I loved the series so much , I'm waiting on pins and needles to find out what happens in the last book. I LOVE the Tairen Soul series!!! I'm SO happy there is another book since I'm totally wanting more of Rain and Ellysetta!!! I love how Ms. Wilson weaves incredible fantasy, which is totally unique and explained so well, with an intense romance. I don't want it to end with a final book :(. I hope that maybe there will be more after Ms. Wilson creates some other books and wants to come back to the Tairen Soul series. just love your books haven't read anything that has caught me up in a story that made you feel you were right there since melanie rawns dragon prince series thank you most of all for making them clean. no bad words have had to stop reading some author's books I don't use those words and I really don't want to read them thank-you again waiting expectantly on the new book but patiently you know when it is what you want it to be. prayer is the best answer to weight loss that is what has helped me I couldn't do it have tried and did all the different things but what works the best I told Jesus I couldn't do it with out him do it thru me cause I always buckled and gained it back so far have gone from 255 to 216 and I don't have the problems I had. those late night cravings. I have to tell you how I started reading your first book Lord of the fading lands, I found myself in a emergency room waiting for my husband who just had just woken up and was being kept for test after a work accident,it was let and I needed a cup of coffee and something to read. The hospital gift shop had some books and started reading the backs yours grab my attention and bought it, I could not put it down when I finish it I started looking for the others in the series and I have to tell you I love them it's a great story and I can't wait to read the fifth book. Congratulations for this fantastic series of books! I read the first two books in german, but after finishing it was impossible for me to wait 'til the third one will come out in Germany. So I ordered the third and fourth book in english, although I was not sure to get along with that kind of story in a foreign language. But it works better than I thought! I've nearly finished No. 3 now and can't wait starting the next one. Even though I'm sure not all of my beloved figures will survive the Mage War, I hope there will be a Happy End to Ellie and Rain. When I first discovered Lord of the Fading Lands, I had checked it out of my local library. Your wirting has the power to draw the reader in as to feel the are a part of the story. I read Lord of the Fading lands twice before I returned it, and I have checked it out twice since. I am now reading King of Sword and Sky for the second time. To my sincere disapointment my library does not have a copy of Lady of Light and Shadows. I intend to purchase copies of the full series as soon as money permits.

I have re-read this series countless times & the awe is still there. Your books have pride of place on my bookshelf, right next to my Lord of Rings series. The world you have created is thought-provoking & endearing. I am not sorry that there will be another book, as i am reluctant for the story to end, but a release date for Tairen Soul would be wonderful. I cherish these books & know they will be read many more times over the years. The Fey people are a beacon in a dark world, made more poignant by the times in which we live. I've been looking for someone who could bring my own daydreams to life. I love the blurred line between What is Christianity and what the celirians believe. As well as the melding of the harsh reality of what is real life and the romantic possiblity of what is the Fey world. You pack so much emotion and realism with even more creativity in your words that the fanatics of the fairytale world can't help but see the world that you have created in all its poignant details. One of the best series that I have ever read. I am awaiting Tairen Soul with so much excitement I can barely contain it.

First looking Lord of the Fading Lands was irritating - the german version get an awful cover and misleading title. But reading your words was been captivating by them and looking for Lady of Light and Shadow. Waiting until they've finished the translation of King of Sword and Sky and Queen of Song and Souls was no solution - so i enjoyed the original version (testing hardly my english). Thank you very much for some wonderful hours in a magical world. Your descriptions - as detailed as necessary without boring readers with needless information - allows to dive into this world, see it in mind and feel it. Every single book is worth to read for itself - but there is no chance to skip one, wondering for every detail. I am keen for the final. Take care.

YOU ROCK!! That's not something a 49 year old grandma says lightly. I got all four of the Tairon Soul books with a giftcard from Books a Million I had received for Christmas. I had never heard of them, but thought they looked good. I was wrong. They were FANTASTIC! I am a big fan of fantasy and paranormal romance. These were my two favorite genres rolled into one. I read the series for a second time immediately after finishing it the first time. I can't wait for Tairen Soul! I hope it comes out soon. I must admit, I have shed quite a few tears over different parts of each book. Especially over Adrial and Talisa's fate. All of your characters feel so real, they touch my soul. I even dream about them. Whenever I read, I can actually see the books like movies in my head, and I must say, these make GREAT movies. Thank you so much for giving me such joy for the past couple weeks, though these books will stick with me for a long time. They will be read at least every six months or so and that's a huge complement coming from me. I anxiously await Tairon Soul. I also noticed that on your bookshelf are some of my other favorites like Mercedes Lackey and Kristin Cashore. I think maybe we are kindred spirits. Thanks again for sharing your joy with me. WOW. No really WOW. I am have been avid reader of romance fantasy, paranormal, vampires, etc. for many many years. I read romance contempory and historial novels also. I have never read anything that compares to this epic that you have written. I feel as though I am there, I can picture everything that is going on. My heart is in this story. I have read books 1-3. I have book 4 and will save it until Tairen Soul is released. I hate being left hanging!!!! Ms. Wilson you are a writer beyond compare. I have been glued to the books as they become available, and I am never dissappointed. Your writing invites me into their lives, and I find myself joyful, angry, and crying as things enter their lives. I so look forward to the final book and secretly hope that her parents will be saved in someway, and that all ends well. But then, I'm always the hopeful reader for the good ending, but I know I'll have to wait and see for myself. Greetings Cheryl, I have only read book Lord of the fading lands and I loved it so much i consumed it in 4 days and immediately ordered the next 3 to add to my growing collection at home, i can't wait for them to arrive. thank you and keep it coming, you are a truely blessed writer. I read all of Christine Feehan's Dark Series and at the end of one was the 1st chapters of lord of the fading lands and it got me curious and now i'm hooked. It is so much fun and exciting to follow Ellie on her adventure, she has touched my heart. I could ramble on but i just wanted to let you know how much i appriciate the time you have put into your books, I am enjoying them beyond belief.
