I bought my "Queen of Song and Soul" the day it hit the stores. Then on Halloween I went to Borders and one of the employees was browsing the book. I asked if she had read the series and she replied "No." I told her about it and she said that she was going to buy the books today. Since it was Halloween, employees had the option of dressing in costume. We took a picture together with the book.~ Bethpage, NY
I got it from amazon. I've had it pre-ordered since before the release date was pushed back and was so sad when I found it had been pushed back. Put on the 26th I got an e-mail from amazon saying they had shipped it!! I was so excited and finished reading it within 3 days. HAPPY ME!~ Marissa C.

Here's Brain Teaser #1:
At the annual Festival of Light, several truemated couples exchanged partners with each other and took turns dancing in the celebration. Loris impressed the crowds with his masterful skill at the swift and passionate dance called Blades Flight, whilst Marissya watched the couples swirling through the graceful beauty of the White Bell. Dax and Jisera moved about the dance floor with effortless skill. Rain was magnificent during the energetic whirl of the demanding Tairen’s Fire and Eimar excelled as a steely-eyed suitor in the Felah’Baruk. Ellysetta danced with Loris, but Nalia did not dance with Eimar.

BRAIN TEASER #3
Thanks to the efforts or Rain and Ellysetta, life has returned to the Fading Lands. The deserts are in bloom! Four shei’dalins have been showing off their green thumbs, and each has planted two types of flowers in the once-barren gardens of Lissilin. In total, the women planted four different types of flowers, two specimens of each type. Marissya planted Amarynth. Elfeya did not plant Heart’s Ease. Nalia planted Evermore but not Gentle Dawn, whilst Ellysetta did not plant Amarynth. One person with Heart’s Ease also planted Gentle Dawn. One shei'dalin with Amarynth also planted Evermore. One of the women with Gentle Dawn did not have Heart’s Ease. Neither of the shei’dalins planting Amarynth also planted Gentle Dawn. No woman had two flowers of the same type and no two women planted the same two flowers. (Note for the purposes of this brain teaser, all four shei’dalins listed are presumed to have survived the second Mage War, and the ones planting Amarynth are not necessarily with child. hehehe)

Brainteaser #2 (I really mean it this time lol).

Rather than post all of the reasoning behind this as it is rather long, I will just agree with those that have posted it before me.
Everybody is really good at this. I work them out, and discover that almost everyone else who posted got it right, too.
So, for #3, which hasn't been confirmed yet, I'll just say I agree with Ally again. She sure has the jump on things.

These brain teasers are wonderful! However, my brain is so fried from grading papers and staying up late to finish reading QoSS that I can't even begin to unravel these just yet - perhaps I'll come back to these when I have more time.

The brain teasers are really fun looking and I am impressed with the people who have followed the various threads correctly to answer.
